Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the type of product ordered. Below are our standard estimated delivery windows:

Custom signage products require additional production time. Once your design is approved, production typically takes 3–5 business days. Delivery is then scheduled based on your location within Kenya.
For large-scale signage installations, our team will coordinate a delivery and installation schedule with you directly. Installation services are available in Nairobi and surrounding areas.
All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Signage items are wrapped in protective foam and secured in custom-sized cartons. Branded gifts are individually wrapped and packed in branded packaging where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free delivery may be available for qualifying orders within Nairobi. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please follow these steps:
Once we verify the damage, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please do not discard the damaged item or packaging until the claim is resolved.
