Custom signage and branded gifts may be subject to additional charges based on design complexity, materials, and quantity. A detailed quote will be provided before production begins.
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted. For custom products, production begins only after design approval and payment confirmation.
We accept the following payment methods: M-Pesa, Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers processed securely through iPay Africa.
Payment is required in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed for bulk or corporate orders. All transactions are processed in KES (KSh).
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your payment information. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.
Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location within Kenya, product type, and order complexity. Pixel Africa is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
